Interior decoration multinational  company specialized in building up most modern and ethnic design for corporate offices, showrooms, warehouses looking for personal assistant for CEO. Location in Dubai.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full range of administrative and organizational support to CEO
  • Calendar management
  • Handling correspondence
  • Assist with emails, letters, contracts, other documents
  • Invoices controlling and preparing expense reports
  • Provide interpretation for  effective communication between two parties
  • Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information.

 

Experience and skills:

  • Knowledge Project Manager
  • Knowledge of cross cultural differences
  • An excellent  English
  • Energy, easy going
  • Computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

 

  • Requirements:
  • Experience not less than 1 years as a PA to the Head of the company
  • be fluent in English
  • Be ready to relocate in Dubai
