The Manager of the procurement division

The company for the Distribution of Japanese goods for home and cosmetics, working 16 years,

invites to the vacancy of the Purchasing Manager.


Procurement organization: (Product groups: cosmetics and household chemicals, food products);

Search for potential suppliers, formation and expansion of the supplier base, active work with existing suppliers;

Improvement of working conditions / fees with existing suppliers;

Monitoring proposals (on price and quality criteria);

Conducting commercial negotiations with suppliers in the interests of the Company.



Informing sales managers of all changes in the range, increases and decreases in prices, the time of delivery of products to the warehouse;

Final coordination with the supplier of the conditions for prices, the date of shipment and the way of delivery of products to the warehouse;

Maintain in the active state the data on suppliers in the information system;

Consideration and resolution of questions on incoming claims and complaints from suppliers and customers.


Planning and analysis:

Analysis of statistical data of purchases, determining the availability and requirements for the goods for the present and for future periods, optimizing warehouse stocks;

Analysis of the movement of goods;

Making forecasts for the supply of products to the warehouse (interaction with logisticians);

Drawing up a procurement plan (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual);

Budgeting for entrusted commodity groups.



Price positioning of the goods, analysis of the profitability of goods, and price adjustments to display market prices and prices bringing commercial benefits to the company.


Primary requirements:

Direct submission to the development director;

Higher profile education;

Experience from 3 years in the position of purchasing department manager;

Required experience in strategic and operational procurement;

Required work experience 1C Trade; Excel, Word

Required knowledge of Excel at the level of a confident user;

The experience of conducting successful negotiations, reaching agreements is obligatory; improvement of conditions provided by suppliers;

Knowledge of the fundamentals of stock analysis and sales;

Knowledge of pricing methods (a complete block from the purchase price to the determination of the base selling price);

Knowledge of methods and procedures for developing forecasts, prospective and current plans for purchases and sales;

Analytical thinking;

Fluency in English.
