  • Comprehensively assessed the existing warehouse and pick-pack operation line (retail packaging line) to identify productivity gaps and recommend process, engineering, and construction improvements.
  • Conducted best value option analysis for packaging lines extension, to build capacity for the Black Friday sales peak.
  • Sourced and qualified engineering assembly contractors, managed the bidding process, and ensured milestone delivery.

Lean 6 Sigma & Continious Improvement Plant Supervisor (2011 to 2012): Strategically drove enterprise-wide supply chain optimization. Challenged this post-Soviet Union culture, training management on cost reduction, KPI improvement, and skill enhancement.

Procter & Gamble Ukraine

Industrial Project Manager (2009 to 2011): Directed a series of engineering and supply chain modification projects critical to a global marketing initiative. Collaobrated with the consulting team, performed technical execution, and led the internal teams. Scope encompassed defining milestones, building the budget, directing sourcing, controlling deviations using MS Project, and proposing mitigation.

  • Captured a $2.5 million annual productivity savings, by delivering initiatives on time and within budget.

­   Managed 3 hand dish washing packing and packaging projects, from feasibility study, best value options, procurement and sourcing from 250+ suppliers, and RFQs.

­   Led a series of optimization projects, including a packaging equipment scrap reduction, through detailed oriented statistical analysis of the overpacking.

­   Directed a project to fully change over the medium voltage electric distribution system to state-of-the-art technology, with zero negative impact on the production line.

  • Prinicpally directed negotiations of contract terms and bidding prices.
  • Directly supervised 4 staff, and indirectly oversaw up to 12 specialists.
  • Promoted cross-functional collaboration by instituting a reporting system to all the key stakeholders.
